Sitting room sofas and a wood burning stove, flatscreen Tv, DVD/Bluray player, dining table to seat ten, doors lead to conservatory. Enclosed lawned rear garden with decking and a hot tub (additional extra), lawned garden at the front with parking for 2 - 3 cars. Lockable storage shed for kayaks, bikes and inflatables.
